Similar to last week, I was almost undone by a poor weekend of eating, but the rest of the week was pretty good. According to MFP, I was under my daily calorie allotment by a little over 1,500 calories for the week. Not the best, but I’ll take it. Had I not hurt myself running on Thursday, and had been able to run on Saturday as planned, I probably would have done even better this week.
That said, I believe this is the first time in my short 6 weeks that I have exceeded one pound of weight loss in one week:
Starting weight: 322 pounds
Current weight: 316 pounds
Total loss: 6 pounds
Goal remaining: 26 pounds
At my current pace, I’ll be about 7 pounds short, so it really would be in my best interest to get back to the gym this week. I’ve been putting it off for no real reason, but at least it is starting to cool off so I don’t die when I go for a run.
