Blast From the Past

Look, another random musing!

A strange thing occurred recently. Actually two strange things. ‘Tis the year of Hunter High School’s Class of 1999 10-Year Reunion. Otherwise, high school would not really be on my mind. But within the past week, I have had electronic communications with two peeps (one person mentioned in passing here) from the high school days, all sorts of random like, and I think I like it. It is good to reconnect sometimes, though I think only one person from my high school days would have surprised me more if she were to reach out. I have only really kept in contact with a few people from those days, and the distance from “home” also makes it difficult to really stay in touch.

So thank you to those people. You might know who you are. It really did brighten my week. That is all.
